چکیده

SEUNG-WHAN CHOI is a postdoctoral fellow at the Centre for Security and Defence Studies, Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. He will join the faculty of the University of Illinois, Chicago in August 2004. He specializes in international politics (terrorism and international conflict, crisis and war) and comparative politics (politics and the military). His work has been published in such journals as the Journal of Conflict Resolution and American Journal of Political Science. His recent work includes Civil-Military Dynamics, Political Communications, and International Conflict: A New Look at the Neo-Kantian Peace (New York: Palgrave, forthcoming), with Patrick James. He is the 2003 Frank Klingberg Award corecipient (with Patrick James) from the International Studies Association-Midwest. His e-mail address is [email protected]
